OK, seriously, this post is IGNORANT! Nuns are nuns OUT OF CHOICE. It’s a vocation, and it has a uniform.
Secondly, since the 1960s, most orders of Catholic nuns don’t even have habits any more! They wear street clothes. The habit is one of multiple choices offered nuns.
If you want to complain about oppressive fashion for women, talk to me about maids’ uniforms or something. But don’t criticize freely chosen jobs.
